This Privacy Policy explains how Social 7 (“Social 7”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit thesocial7.com (the “Site”) or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with Law 81 of March 26, 2019, on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Panama and its regulations (Executive Decree 285 of 2021).

2. What data we collect
Data you give us. When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or Instagram (for example, to request the free 15-min audit), we receive what you choose to send: your name, phone number, email address, Instagram username, the monthly budget range you select and the content of your messages.
Data collected automatically. If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, we and our providers collect information about your visit: pages viewed, clicks, scroll and mouse movement, approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, referring website and the identifiers stored in cookies. We also record events such as clicks on the audit button, the budget range selected and clicks that open WhatsApp.
We do not ask for or intentionally collect sensitive data (such as health, religious or financial account information) through the Site.

Under Law 81 of 2019 you have the right to access, rectify, cancel (delete) and object to the processing of your personal data, and to portability. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before.
